Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anot Health, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Business Associate Agreement (BAA). If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Service Description

Anot Health provides AI-assisted clinical scribing, medical billing, and coding services. Our services include the use of ambient AI, machine learning models, and human-in-the-loop validation to ensure clinical accuracy.

3. Provider Responsibilities

As a healthcare provider using our services, you are responsible for:

• Obtaining patient consent for audio recording where required by state law.
• Final review and sign-off of all clinical notes generated by the platform.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Fees and Payment

Services are billed on a monthly subscription or per-encounter basis as specified in your Service Order. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.

5. Intellectual Property

Anot Health retains all rights to its AI models, software, and proprietary algorithms. Providers retain ownership of all patient data and clinical notes processed through the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Anot Health is a documentation and administrative tool. It does not provide medical advice. Final clinical decisions and the accuracy of patient records remain the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 60 days' written notice. Upon termination, Anot Health will provide a secure export of all provider data in a standard format.
