The one question that decides it Do you want to review the note yourself, or receive it already reviewed?
Moving between plans Switch tiers at any month boundary. Your templates and settings carry over.

Which plan is actually right for you

Most practices know within one question. The rest comes down to how much of your own time you want the note to cost.

Stay on AI Scribe if

You are comfortable being the reviewer

  • Your dictation is clear and your visits follow a predictable shape
  • You would rather edit a draft than wait for someone else to check it
  • You want the lowest possible cost per provider
  • Your coding is already handled by someone in the practice
Move to Verified Scribe when

Reviewing notes is the part costing you evenings

You are still editing every note

If checking the draft takes real time, you are doing the scribe's job for $700 less.

Your specialty carries risk in the detail

Dosages, laterality and diagnostic specificity are exactly what the QPS audit catches.

Coding accuracy affects your revenue

Suggested codes become reviewed codes, checked against what the note actually supports.

Questions teams ask about pricing and scope

If something here does not match your situation, a walkthrough will answer it faster than a pricing page can.

Is pricing per provider or per practice?+

Per provider, per month. A three-physician clinic on Verified Scribe is billed for three providers. Group and multi-site practices usually move to Custom, where the rate is scoped against total volume rather than a per-seat count.

What actually changes between $199 and $899?+

People. The capture, the AI drafting and the EHR delivery are the same on both plans. On AI Scribe the note reaches you as a draft and you are the reviewer. On Verified Scribe a certified scribe reads every note and a QPS auditor checks the clinical detail first, so what reaches you is ready to sign. You are paying for trained human review, which is a labour cost rather than a software one.

Can I start on AI Scribe and upgrade later?+

Yes, and most practices do. Your templates, specialty settings and EHR connection carry over, so upgrading adds the review layer without rebuilding anything. You can move at any month boundary, in either direction.

What happens past 400 reviewed notes in a month?+

Nothing stops. We flag it and talk about whether your volume is better served by Custom pricing, which is scoped around actual throughput. Going slightly over in a busy month is not billed as an overage surprise.

Is my data less protected on the cheaper plan?+

No. HIPAA-compliant handling, the BAA, AES-256 encryption, TLS 1.3 and our commitment never to train public models on your patient data apply identically on every plan. Security is not a paid upgrade.

When does pricing become Custom?+

When you need more than documentation — revenue cycle, coding or payroll on the same team — or when volume, multi-site coverage, integration work or procurement requirements make a per-seat rate the wrong shape.
