By accessing or using Anot Health, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Business Associate Agreement (BAA). If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
Anot Health provides AI-assisted clinical scribing, medical billing, and coding services. Our services include the use of ambient AI, machine learning models, and expert-led review to ensure clinical accuracy. Project ops are driven by senior specialists using AI as a helper.
As a healthcare provider using our services, you are responsible for:
Services are billed on a monthly subscription or per-encounter basis as specified in your Service Order. Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Anot Health retains all rights to its AI models, software, and proprietary algorithms. Providers retain ownership of all patient data and clinical notes processed through the platform.
Anot Health is a documentation and administrative tool. It does not provide medical advice. Final clinical decisions and the accuracy of patient records remain the sole responsibility of the licensed healthcare provider.
Either party may terminate the service with 60 days' written notice. Upon termination, Anot Health will provide a secure export of all provider data in a standard format.
